What is this program?

This is a private, 1-on-1 session for people who are afraid of the water, non-swimmers, or those who feel panic when wearing a mask. The goal is to help you build comfort on the surface of the water using only a mask, snorkel, and fins. There are no scuba tanks and no deep diving involved in this session.

How it works: The First Session

The first session acts as an assessment. I use my experience as a professional diving instructor to see how you react to the water and identify what is causing your anxiety. We follow a simple, step-by-step process:

Shallow Water Assessment

We stay in waist-deep water where you can stand up at any time.

Equipment Introduction

We look at how the mask and snorkel work and find a fit that feels safe for you.

Floating &
Breathing

We explore how your body floats and how to breathe comfortably through the snorkel while standing or holding onto me.

Custom Plan

At the end, we will decide together if you are ready to move forward or if you need more sessions.
